I’ve built way too many random websites and apps on this channel—some useful, some stupid, and some I don’t want to think about. But I realized I can go from a shower thought to a real website in less than a day (sometimes a couple hours) by letting AI do the heavy lifting, so I can focus on the parts I actually find fun. In this video, I break down my actual end-to-end workflow: ideation, planning, design, choosing a tech stack, coding, and deployment—no “coding wizard” fantasy required. I start with a Notion brain dump where I throw every idea I have, including the ridiculous 2:00 a.m. ones. Then I use a “buffet for AI” tool (Chat LLM) and bounce between models like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for leading questions, rubber-duck brainstorming, and competitor research. From there, I plan around an MVP (minimum viable product) because it’s better for your mental health and stops solo projects from becoming overwhelming. For design, I’m not precious: Miro templates, rough iPad sketches, and tools like Vizly AI help me get mockups fast. Then I pick a simple stack (React/Vue, Next.js, Electron, Supabase), timebox my coding with a timer, let AI vibe-code the frontend, write backend logic myself, and deploy with Vercel when it needs to go live. Done > perfect—just start.
