In this Senegal travel vlog, I’m sharing the highlights from our month-long trip—packed into one video so you can see the places that really stood out. We start right away with a taxi conversation (one of my favorite ways to get a feel for a place fast), then head into Dakar’s everyday energy at Kermel Market before hopping over to Ngor Island. From there, I take you to Gorée Island, which was one of the most memorable stops of the whole month—beautiful, emotional, and the kind of place that stays with you. After that, the vlog turns into a mix of food, city exploring, and iconic Dakar sights: a beach dinner, wandering around, the African Renaissance Monument, and even a lighthouse dinner. I also show HLM Market, which is such a colorful, lively spot if you like seeing the real local rhythm of a city. To finish, we go out to Bandia Reserve for a safari day (yes—monkeys and more), and then slow things down with mangroves and crabs before I wrap up the trip.
