Hola amigos — in this video I’m laying out my very chaotic language goals for 2025… or honestly, more like the first half of 2025. I’m studying five languages right now (Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, and German), but I’m also trying to be realistic because a lot of my year depends on answers I’m waiting on in the next couple of months. So instead of forcing a super rigid “12-month plan,” I’m mapping out what I can actually commit to right now, and giving myself space to pivot if life changes. I also talk about Lindie’s method (and why I like using a framework like that to keep the chaos organized), then I go language by language: what I want to focus on, what’s staying in maintenance mode, and what might get extra attention depending on my schedule. I share how I’m thinking about balancing active study with the fun parts that keep me consistent—translation projects, language journaling, and travel-related motivation. The big takeaway is that my goals aren’t about doing everything perfectly; they’re about choosing priorities, keeping momentum across multiple languages, and making a plan that can survive real life.
