Coming from Singapore, I’m not used to this kind of crisp, pretty season—until the temperature dips and it’s lowkey unbearable, but still worth it. This trip genuinely reignited my love for solo traveling. I’m bouncing around spots like Yonghe Gong, Sanlitun, and Nanshan, squeezing in food moments (hot pot, yogurt chaos, and a very honest “I was expecting more” review), plus a rooftop café that fully triggered my “I can create any destiny I want” mindset. I also do a little haul energy—Songmont bags and a To Summer perfume hunt that feels exclusive, pricey, and totally no regrets. And yes, I end the trip a bit drinky at a cute spot with interesting cocktails, plus a quick rant about Brandy Melville service being not it… even though I still bought the pieces. Realness only.
