In this video I’m sharing the morning + night routine that’s been making me feel really, really good — like genuinely happier and more whole — especially after a big emotional/spiritual reset. I start with the night before because setting intentions is everything for me: I brain-dump my to-do list, time-block my day, and then I try to get off my phone 30–60 minutes before bed because blue light + doom scrolling sends me into comparison spirals. Around 9–9:30pm I switch to red light (I use my IKEA lamp), journal, and wind down with frequency music, then I visualize my higher self right as I’m drifting to sleep (that drowsy state is so powerful for manifestation). I also take magnesium and ashwagandha with lion’s mane to fully relax. In the morning, I stay in that sleepy mode with my eyes closed and try to remember my dreams because they’re basically my subconscious giving me signals. I write them down (sometimes I’m tempted to use ChatGPT, but I’m learning not to over-complicate everything and to trust myself/the universe). Then it’s matcha, morning pages, meditation + visualization, and straight into deep work because it puts me in a flow state. I also share how I time-block social media (Opal app), lift 3–4x a week, hit 10k steps, and why I’ve been cutting alcohol, lowering caffeine, and reducing sugar/processed foods to protect my nervous system and my energy. I end with my “glimmer table” framework (what gives me energy / what drains me / what scares me but I want to try) because that’s how I’ve been rebuilding my life with alignment and abundance.
