In this video I’m talking about that very real situation where there are people in your life you literally can’t cut ties with… and they doubt you HARD. And no, I’m not saying “prove them wrong” from an ego place. I’m saying sometimes their ego is so big and thick that they genuinely can’t compute you being better than them, so you might as well treat proving them wrong like a side quest. But the main quest? Is you. It’s putting in the work, staying consistent, and becoming competent—having the knowledge and skills people would literally die to have. I share how I’ve experienced this with things like building a social media career (especially before it was “cool”) and even yoga, where people were talking like I wasn’t doing anything with my life. My takeaway is: vision boards are cute, but execution is everything. I talk about making an “action board” (even just in your Notes app), tracking progress, breaking big goals into smaller prerequisites, and time blocking tasks with dates. When you build a system and hit your tasks, it stops feeling scary and starts feeling like second nature.
