In this video I’m doing my dry-skin-friendly makeup routine while I’m in Korea, straight from what’s actually in my travel makeup bags. My base is super simple because I’m obsessed with cushion compacts for hydration + speed, and I’m using the LANEIGE Neo Cushion Glow (pink) in shade 23N. It’s honestly such a perfect skin match for me that I don’t really need concealer anymore—even on my dark under-eyes—because it covers quickly and evenly with basically one layer. After base, I set strategically with a blurring powder from Natural Soul that has this super handy microfiber/puff situation (so it’s easy to use on the go). For cheeks I use the Dasique palette and do that “two dots and lift upward/outward” placement I saw online for a more youthful look, plus a little shading. Then I contour with my Judy Doll palette because it looks natural and not dusty (love that), add a bit of highlight to brighten my eyes and nose, and finish with a super trendy-in-Korea mascara that holds a curl (my lashes are thin and short, so this matters). I end with a Bobbi Brown sheer lip balm because I’m always going for that natural makeup vibe.
