Hi you guys, in this video I’m sharing a bunch of life updates + my current glow up season because I’m getting ready for Europe summer. I’m 26, I recently moved out, and I’m doing my 75 sleigh challenge—so I’ve been trying different activities to burn calories but also actually enjoy my life (because the whole point is to feel good, not just “look good”). I’ve been habit stacking like meditating + doing my RIK therapy, and doing my makeup/skincare while listening to wellness podcasts. I’m also cooking at home more, eating cleaner, feeling less bloated, and I’ve been picking up hobbies like golfing and tennis (and I’m trying pilates this month too). Then we get into the fun part: my Europe summer outfit planning + ZALORA haul. I usually build outfits from Pinterest, then recreate them on ZALORA (their image search is such a lifesaver), and as a VIP I love the unlimited free next-day delivery. I tried on breathable, easy-to-pack pieces like a comfy white embroidered mini dress, a cottagecore-ish little black dress, lace bloomer shorts with an oversized tee, and a sage maxi skirt with a simple white tube top. Everything is giving airy, wrinkle-friendly, hot-weather approved—aka exactly what I want for summer travel vibes.
