I’m back from Europe and easing back into real life :') I took a little break from long-form vlogging during my eurogirl summer trip but I shared plenty of moments on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts if you want to catch up on everything I’ve been up to. Grateful for the memories and excited to bring you along as I settle back into routine ♥ xx, Julia [let's connect] instagram: https://www.instagram.com/julia.fei/ tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@julia.fei outfits: https://www.shopltk.com/explore/juliafei my sisters! • @WondereLand_Official : https://www.instagram.com/wondereland_official/ • leona's art account: https://www.instagram.com/_dabadee_/ 🤫 https://www.youtube.com/@UCpFDDldsSZPK8DRKgf9Z1lQ [about me] Hi everyone my name is Julia ~ I'm a 20-something-year-old data scientist navigating through life in NYC. About This Video

In this work-life diaries vlog, I’m easing back into real life in NYC after being in Europe for a little over two weeks. I talk through the post-travel reset (including my skin freaking out like it always does for the first couple weeks), how I planned the trip around July 4th, and how I made it work with corporate life—aka maximizing PTO. My company has unlimited PTO, but realistically I only took three PTO days and worked remotely from Europe (the NYC/Europe time difference had me starting around 3pm and ending around midnight, which honestly wasn’t terrible for me). I also explain why I chose to vlog my Europe trip in short form instead of long-form this time: trying to do both exhausts me and makes me feel like I’m not living in the moment. Back in NYC, I have my sisters over for dinner and make one of my favorite recipes—Cantonese hand-shredded chicken (yimoka)—plus a full spread (and yes, I’m addressing the very real feedback that my guests apparently leave my place hungry). To round out the “soft reset,” I take you with me to get a haircut because my hair has been shedding a lot, and I end up with new bangs—no, they weren’t intended to be “breakup bangs,” but I’m leaning into the cool-girl era anyway.
