Hello friends from SF—this vlog is basically a classic work-life diaries episode where I’m on yet another business trip to San Francisco (I was literally just here at the end of November, so it feels like I never left). I’m here for planning the new fiscal year, which means a lot of team bonding, goal setting for the next six months, and me running late because jet lag + a last-minute “can you finalize this doc before planning” message from my PM. It’s busy in that very startup way where you’re jumping from breakfast with the team to all-hands to a full day of 1:1s and coffee chats. I also share a real creator workflow thing: my MacBook storage ran out a long time ago, so external storage is non-negotiable for me. I switched from external hard drives to SSDs, and I’ve been using the Crucial X9 Pro because it’s tiny, fast, and lets me edit big projects directly from the drive—my raw vlog footage alone is usually 60–100GB, and that’s before music, graphics, and project files (plus my Python notebooks and school stuff). To end on a cozy note, I’m celebrating Lunar New Year at home—making dumplings, fried taro cake (a must), admiring our little baby bok choy, and finally settling in to watch Singles Inferno because I heard the next episode was juicy.
