As I try to tackle data science product sense/case interviews, I've noticed a lack of dedicated resources in this area. Unfortunately for these types of interviews, you do gain a lot of knowledge from 1. real-world application & workplace experience and 2. just going through the actual interviews as trial and error. If you have DS/even product manager friends, a great way to study is to ask them to give you a mock interview. There are a lot of frameworks out there but I've linked my favorite below.
