About This Video

In this reset vlog, I’m literally doing all the mom-of-two things in one day—school drop-off, gym, grocery shopping, a full haul, and then straight into “we don’t have time” mode because I had a brand shoot to film with my kids. I talked you through my workout routine (I do 3 days at a stretch, rest, then go again), and how my trainer made the third day glutes day—my favorite day ever. If I’m not feeling the burn, I’m not convinced, so yes, I was happy I could really feel that hip adductor work in my bum. After the gym, I headed to the supermarket for ingredients because I’d been dreaming about chicken corn soup, and I ended up doing the most (as usual). I also shared a very real rant about how ridiculously expensive groceries are in Nigeria—imagine spending 57k when you only came for corn. Then we moved into behind-the-scenes of my kids’ brand video: getting ready, managing the chaos, and the sweet moment where my husband told me how proud he is of how confident the kids are on camera. And of course, the highlight: my chicken carrot soup. It came out divine—best morning soup I’ve had, and I’m not exaggerating. I’ve been loving soup in the morning to support my gut, reduce bloating, and just feel healthier overall.
