2.7K views· 150 likes· 13:32· Feb 25, 2026

Spend a realistic day in my life as a Nigerian mom balancing motherhood, fitness and home life. In this vlog I cook pasta for dinner, make Nigerian moi moi from scratch, go grocery shopping, hit the gym and take my kids to swim class. I also share honest womanhood talk that most moms don’t speak about openly. About This Video

Hi my loves—this vlog is literally a very real, unfiltered day in my life as a Nigerian mom, and I’m not even going to pretend it’s all soft life. It’s weekend + holiday break, so the kids are home and the chaos is chaos-ing. I start the evening doing what I always try to do: keep food stocked in the freezer so I’m not trapped in the kitchen every single day (because Nigeria is hot, and sometimes I’m just not in the mood). I make moi moi from scratch, talk you through the little mistake I made with the pouches, and still do my “tester” check—because quality control must happen. From there, it’s the usual balancing act: I squeeze in an upper body gym session (did I give 100%? Please, I gave like 1%—but I showed up, and that’s what matters). Then I run to the supermarket for breakfast ingredients because I saw a tortilla wrap recipe online and I want to make it more interesting for the kids. In between grocery shopping, swim class prep (finding a floater last minute), and getting gifts for a birthday party, I also share honest womanhood talk—like the tampon flow levels I genuinely didn’t pay attention to before. It’s motherhood, fitness, home life, and the kind of real-life gist most people edit out.
