2026 is almost here and I couldn’t be more excited, so in this video I’m setting up my brand new 2026 bullet journal with a soft (but still cozy) florals + academia vibe. I’m using a warm brown A5 journal, and I walk you through my full initial setup—from that awkward first page I always glue down, to a cover spread that’s simple but super eye-catching thanks to wide floral washi and a muted palette of gray-beige, brown, and little pops of green. I also test the Arrtx Oros 90 alcohol markers and show you exactly how I use them for smooth blending, shading, and big title moments (without ruining my journal pages—because yes, alcohol ink will bleed through). I do a quick doodle demo so you can see the colors and blending in action, then I use the markers on sticker paper and bring everything together with an acrylic paint marker outline right on the washi. For the functional side, I include my favorite helpful spreads: index + quote page, future log (with calendar stickers because I refuse to write all those tiny numbers), a “rest of year” page, a fun 2026 bingo, goals + reflections, a cash flow Dutch door, content planner, waiting-on tracker, wishlist, social tracker, and a gifts list. It’s cozy, practical, and honestly one of my favorite setups I’ve done—soft on the eye, but still very me.
