My channel has a variety of info about Model Railroading in many scales, primarily HO scale. I try to respond to everyone's questions to help them along with their journey. Overall, I hope my relaxed yet descriptive approach to modeling will assist those new and old in this great hobby. - James For Collaboration and Business inquiries, please use the contact information below: 📩 Email: jlwreviews@gmail.com 🔔 Subscribe to my channel for more videos: http://www.youtube.com/jlwii2000 ===================== Disclaimer: We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which is incurred from you acting or not acting as a result of reading any of our publications. About This Video

In this update video, I’m cutting straight to what’s changed on Broadway Limited’s upcoming late-2025 HO scale SD70ACe run. I go over the newly announced paint schemes (including Ferromex, Western Pacific, Union Pacific “Powered by our People,” Norfolk Southern, and a couple of heritage-style looks like D&H and MKT), and I point out one of the most noticeable visual differences: the Union Pacific color shift. The last run leaned darker, but this one is a lighter UP yellow (more like what you see on newer stuff), and it’s a pretty big “spot it instantly” change if you’ve got the older release to compare. I also talk about the practical upgrades that actually matter on the layout. These models are still heavy diecast—my earlier weigh-in was about 1.93 lbs per unit—and that translates into serious pulling power (roughly 65–67 cars per locomotive in my testing). On top of that, there’s an updated horn, and I let you hear it so you can judge for yourself; it’s got a slightly “fouled up” character, but I honestly like it because it comes off more realistic than some of BLI’s previous modern five-chime setups. I also touch on lighting behavior (ditch lights flashing out of the box and needing CV changes) and a quick note on details like the low-profile PTC antennas.
