In this three-minute short, I’m taking a quick look at the Broadway Limited (BLI) N scale EMD E7s (what I call the “Inscale” E7s) in a few different roadnames: Pennsylvania Railroad in A and B units, plus an SP A unit and a Boston & Maine A unit. I start with what you get in the box—super straightforward unboxing with the clear lid and plastic cradle—then I point out the paperwork underneath, including disassembly/maintenance info, a one-year warranty sheet, handling tips, a full function list up to F28, and a flyer for BLI’s Conductors Club. After that, I do a close-up on the details that matter for N scale modelers who want realism: couplers, etched metal windshield wipers, LED lighting, separately applied grab irons, nice truck detail, diaphragms, and road-specific features. The PRR versions get that long antenna running across the roof, and you can also see differences like horn placement between the SP, B&M, and PRR units. I wrap it up with a motion shot of all four schemes, mention the alternate horn on F22, and clarify the consist setup: the A unit is powered, while the B unit is unpowered.
