I brought home this trashed Yamaha Inverter generator over a year ago. It would sometimes make power. Power output and throttle control was inconsistent. Half the sine wave was missing. After extensive testing, I determined it needed a new inverter module. The good news is Yamaha sells the module still for this 20+ year old machine. Bad news, it was priced at $1,200 which is more then this machine is worth. Eventually the first two videos made enough revenue to subsidize this repair. Lets see if I bought the right part.
