Winnebago Motorhome Will Not Crank - No Communication with the ECU

This 2007 Winnebago Voyage was parked last fall in running condition. Fast forward to this Spring and the engine will not crank. The error "No J1850 Activity" is displayed on the cluster. Will it run again or is this an 8 ton paperweight? Harbor Freight changed the recipe. The bottle previously stated "NON-CORROSIVE". Now it says "CORROSIVE", "do not user on Aluminum". It now damages most carburetors.
