Overbored Briggs and Stratton Engine Rebuild

A local Subscriber Eric gave us his Briggs and Stratton Elite generator after the engine locked up due to rust in the cylinder. He did manage to break the engine free, only realize the valves were not moving. We found that the lifted were rusted in place and damage in the cylinder. Another subscriber Ron offered to bore out the cylinder using his Sunnen honing machine. Thank you Eric and Ron! Lets get this engine rebuilt. Harbor Freight changed the recipe. The bottle previously stated "NON-CORROSIVE". Now it says "CORROSIVE", "do not user on Aluminum". It now damages most carburetors.
