Locked-up PoulanPRO Generator - Will It Run and Make Power?

A subscriber Jay found this FREE PoulanPRO generator on Facebook Marketplace. According to the listing, it only needs a fuel line. He brought it home, no questions asked. He went to pull it over and found that the engine was locked up and it was low on oil. So he offered it to us to figure out the problem. Will it run and make power again? Lets find out. According to the seller the stator started to smoke and the generator no longer makes power. He asked that we take a look determine what parts are good and what parts are bad.
