Will it Run and Make Power? - Beacon Generator

A subscriber sent this Beacon generator to me at no cost. The only condition was I make a video on it. He did not say it had to run and make power, but of coarse that is the goal. I don't know the history on this generator. From looking at it I would say it spent most of its life outside. There is a lot or rust and aluminum oxide and some missing pieces. This generator was made by Generac and branded Beacon. Will it run and make power again? Fun fact: In 1998, Generac sold its portable products division to the Beacon group, a private equity firm, who later sold it to Briggs & Stratton Corporation. Upon expiration of a non-compete agreement related to the sale in 2007, Generac re-entered the portable generator market in 2008.
