SCAG Mower Running Again After Years of Neglect

Helping a neighbor revive this SCAG mower. The engine was filled with fuel, no spark, bad carburetor, seized choke and throttle cables, left in a field for years and a dog chewed off the wire harness. The neighbor got the engine running, but needed help with the electrical. It would have made a great video. The PTO needs power to engage and there was not much left to work with.
