New Storm Responder Generator Stopped Making Power

Found this generator on Facebook Marketplace. It was advertised as a brand new generator with zero hours hours on the engine. According to the seller "The engine runs but the generator does not produce any power". It looks to be in great condition. How bad can it be? Lets find out what's wrong and hopefully fix it. I use Harbor Freight Super Heavy Duty Degreaser in my ultrasonic cleaner.
