I have two bad Generac standby generator engines. The first one has metal in the oil and the second lost oil pressure. Can either one be saved? The engine with the metal in the oil was pulled out of service in this video: https://youtu.be/hKRdfrsnhIM "Engine Swap - Generac 20Kw Standby Generator Engine Replacement" Generator Model: 0058751 Engine Model (Bad Oil Pump): 0J9333 999cc Engine Model (Worn Engine): 0H4653 999cc Sump Gasket (0C2977): https://www.ebay.com/itm/156646844888 Oil Passage Seal (0C5943): https://www.ebay.com/itm/296254827893 Oil Pump (10000047784 w/0E8152 O-Ring): https://www.ebay.com/itm/226717971457 Help support the channel by becoming a member: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCr_GXW2Y56hOpGchXYNqZOQ/join Visit My Amazon Store: https://www.amazon.com/shop/jamescondon Assembly Lube (Permatex 81950): https://amzn.to/4cVaKsb Borescope (DEPSTECH DS520): https://amzn.to/3VJMEd0 Brass Dift Set (Mayhew Tools 61360): https://amzn.to/3XUefec Caliper: https://amzn.to/4sLoazl Compression Tester (Mityvac MV5530): https://amzn.to/3Qxld4E Dead Blow Hammer: https://amzn.to/3U90IMG Digital Torque Wrench (ACDelco ARM601): https://amzn.to/3zSraUi Digital Torque Wrench (ACDelco ARM601): https://amzn.to/3zSraUi Feeler Gauge (Lisle 68100): https://amzn.to/4aY3gnm Oil Pressure Gauge: https://amzn.to/47zWcyf Puller: https://amzn.to/4hUHd4v Remote Starter Switch (Lone Wolf 6000): https://amzn.to/4dG8NDZ Spark Tester (PET4000EC): https://amzn.to/3UjpavN Tachometer (Rotary 15344, PET-1000R, Echo 99051130017): https://amzn.to/4ac9U8V Test Leads: https://amzn.to/4me5Zjt Test Light: https://amzn.to/4sQL3S8 Tool Wishlist: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/R7GS758NTG2X?ref_=wl_share You can also support the channel through YouTube "Super Thanks" or via PayPal: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/jamescondonYT My sons Etsy 3D Print Shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/3dPrintingBySean I no longer use Harbor Freight Super Heavy Duty Degreaser in my ultrasonic cleaner. Harbor Freight changed the recipe. The bottle previously stated "NON-CORROSIVE". Now it says "CORROSIVE", "do not user on Aluminum". It now damages most carburetors. Recently I have been using Simple Green PRO HD with good results. #Generac #GeneratorRepair #Generator #SmallEngineRepair #SmallEngine #DIY #Fixed #Troubleshooting #HowTo 20kW, Bad Engine, Engine Glitter, Engine Tear-Down, Engine Wear, Evo, Evolution, Excessive Crankshaft Play, Fault Code 1300, Fixed, Generator Maintenance, Generator Not Working, Generator, Guardian, How To, How to Fix Generator, How-To, Intake Seals, Low Oil Pressure, Low Oil, Low Oil, Metal in Oil, Mixer Install, Nexus, Oil Pressure Switch Diagnostics, Oil Pressure Test, Oil Pump Failure, Oil Pump Replacement, Plastic Gear, Standby Generator Repair, Repair, Small Engine Repair, Small Engine, Spark Test, Troubleshooting, White Oil, Worn Connecting Rod, Worn Push Rods
