Fuel Delivery Problems - Surging Diesel DuroStar Generator

About a year and a half ago I made a video repairing this DuroStar generators electrical power problem. This time the Yanmar diesel clone engine is having issues. It starts fine, but shortly after the engine starts surging. It seems like a fuel issue. With any luck just air in the lines. Otherwise with might have a problem with the injection pump or the injector. Harbor Freight changed the recipe. The bottle previously stated "NON-CORROSIVE". Now it says "CORROSIVE", "do not user on Aluminum". It now damages most carburetors.
