Chicago Electric Generator (Part 2) - Repower and Upgrade

A local subscriber gave me this Chicago Electric generator. It no longer makes power. In part 1 we found that the rotor was shorted to ground. Lets combine parts from this Chicago Electric with a Predator generator frame and tank using a $200 Ryobi Generator powerhead to make a "Predobi Electric" generator"? Prices have since gone up. It is currently (one month later) at $104 for the rotor and $162 for the stator.
