It’s 11.11 season (and yeah, Black Friday too), so I made a 2025 sales guide that’s actually usable. Instead of speedrunning a million names, I turned it into a visual list/spreadsheet so you can just Ctrl+F the IEM you’re looking for and move on with your life. Also, the “% off” numbers in my guide aren’t the store’s real discounts—those are my recommended discount targets for when an IEM is actually worth buying during sales. I break the guide into four tiers: Great, Solid, Maybe, and Skip. “Great” is stuff that’s already a value monster, so even ~10% off is a win (think sets that are already super competitive). “Solid” is well-liked and well-tuned, but not price-leading, so I’m usually looking for 15–25% off—especially for models that feel a bit overpriced at retail. “Maybe” is where the premium tax kicks in: the tuning might be fine, but the value isn’t, so I want at least ~30% off, ideally 40–50%. Then I talk about Linsoul bundles and whether they’re actually deals or just you paying cable/tip tax. Some bundles are fine if you genuinely want both items, but a lot of them are an easy skip because you can buy the IEM on sale and grab cheaper accessories elsewhere. The whole point is simple: you guys are going to spend anyway—so at least don’t waste it on the wrong stuff.
