In this video, I ran a simple experiment: I tried using Notion as my main planning and life-organization tool for 7 days because I was feeling overwhelmed by too many goals, responsibilities, and loose ends. I walk you through the basics (blocks, pages, and databases) and then show how I started building a structure that actually feels usable day-to-day—starting from a blank workspace and gradually shaping it into something that can hold school, content creation, and weekly planning. Across the week, I focus a lot on structure and design—how the layout affects whether you’ll actually stick with the system. I use the PARA method as a backbone, set up “Areas” and hub pages, and then build a dedicated school page for courses, assignments, and study plans. I also talk about retrospective timetables and why they can be helpful when your schedule is chaotic. Toward the end, I get into weekly planning and reviews—what I include, how I use it to reset, and how this kind of system can bring clarity when life feels messy.
