Recently, self-care has become so much less about what I look like (hair done, outfit put together) and way more about taking care of my mind and my internal world. In this video I’m taking you along on a slower, solo day because I’ve been going through a bit of burnout, and I really needed to reconnect and recharge from the inside out. My intention for 2025 is slowing down and finding joy in the everyday, even though a lot of my videos this year have been very productivity, routine, reset, restart. So today is all about switching off from the internet where possible and coming back to the basics that genuinely help me feel like myself again: gentle yoga, breathing properly, spending time in nature, reading, walking, cooking, and just letting the day be soft. The biggest takeaway is that self-care doesn’t have to be a “glow-up” moment—it can be quiet, grounding, and simple. If you’re feeling low on energy, this is your reminder that slowing down is productive too, and looking after your mind is the real reset.
