About This Video

In this end of year reset, I’m taking you through that little in-between period after Christmas and before New Year when no one really knows what to do. I always love using a day to tidy my environment, do a proper clean (surfaces, floors, the whole freshen-up), and invite new energy into my space for 2026. I also pull an affirmation card by shuffling until one falls out — it genuinely feels like the universe giving me the exact message I need to keep repeating. I also sit down with a peppermint tea and do a proper reflection on 2025 using my Notion setup. This year I moved away from super specific “number goals” and focused more on personal development — inner work, clarity in my career, purpose — the kind of things that are harder to measure, but you can really feel when they shift. I share what I’m proud of (like making more local friends since moving, and actually taking my supplements every day), and I chat about a new idea I’m bringing into 2026: a “done list” so I can see what I’ve achieved instead of only focusing on what’s left to do. Plus, a little cosy garden update — I’m planting spring bulbs for the first time and I’m so excited to see how they turn out.
