Good morning from a very real start to November — I was struggling to get up, doom scrolled for way too long, and then turned the camera on as my motivation to actually lock in. This video is basically my “getting back on track” day: I start with simple Skin + Me morning skincare, then I do what always helps me reset my brain first — a workout. I jumped on the bike for 20 minutes (with something on my phone because cardio boredom is real), and it instantly put me in the right headspace to tick off the rest of my routine. From there it’s cosy, autumn habits: a quick breakfast (I’ve been obsessed with pears), vitamins for energy and the darker days, a windy little walk, and then I try making a pumpkin cold foam decaf coffee at home using whipping cream, milk, pumpkin purée, mixed spice, vanilla and maple syrup. I also share why I’m taking my skincare more seriously this autumn/winter, including my Skin + Me Daily Doser journey. To finish the day, I make my go-to under-10-minute orzo pasta salad, get back into daily gratitude (three things a day), tackle emails, and end with a hot bath, a book, and my PM Daily Doser before switching off for the night.
