About This Video

It’s officially the second half of the year and for me that just means it’s time to lock in and get back on track. In this video I’m doing a little ā€œlife resetā€ to ease myself back into a routine after a few months of not being fully consistent with healthy eating, working out, or just my day-to-day habits in general. I start the morning with a gentle yoga stretch (my first workout back after having my wisdom tooth out), then I sit down and write a shopping list on my Daily Ticks notepad because a reset always feels easier when I can see what I’m doing. From there it’s a healthy food shop and a weekly haul (lots of salad bits, tomatoes, Greek-style snacks, and ingredients I’m genuinely excited about). I then recreate a Greek-style chicken wrap I can’t stop thinking about—tzatziki, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta… the whole vibe. To finish, I lean into self-care: I share the skincare I’ve been loving in the shower, then I use my Jovs 4D laser light therapy mask for a proper 20-minute wind-down. I end with a quick at-home nail reset because sometimes that tiny glow-up step is what makes me feel put together again.
