In this video I’m taking you through my 6:00am morning routine for 2025—my little new-year reset that’s all about productive, healthy habits but still feeling cosy and aesthetic. I start by getting up as soon as my alarm goes off, opening the blinds (it’s getting lighter every day and it genuinely makes me so happy), and drinking a big glass of water on an empty stomach. I then make peppermint tea because the mornings are still so chilly, and I spend around 20 minutes reading with my current book, my ice ruler, and just letting myself properly wake up. After that, I do a super simple self-care reset—brush my teeth, wash my face (I’m such a creature of habit with my skincare), and then I move my body. One of my 2025 goals is to move in different ways daily, so today I did a 20-minute YouTube Pilates session and went for a nature walk (winter walks when everything’s crispy and icy are honestly so lovely). Once I’m home, I shower, keep body care minimal, and make breakfast—my current obsession is a yoghurt + granola bowl, plus a green juice I batch prep for the week. I finish with a quick 10–15 minute makeup routine, get dressed, and start my work-from-home day by replying to emails—plus I share my new A6 notepads that I designed for productivity and gratitude.
