About This Video

In this stay-home / WFH “what I eat in a day” vlog, I’m basically showing you the very realistic, very neighbourhood version of my meals—aka the one where I don’t have office snacks, CBD temptations, or random waffle runs downstairs. I start my morning around 9am with “free breakfast” (my mama bought bread), and I make my own iced americano using a coffee capsule + water + ice because there’s no milk at home (and I purposely told my parents not to buy it in case it spoils). It’s also nearing payday, so nothing fancy—just practical, affordable, and honestly… quite healthy. Later, I sip on my favourite drink, Ayataka (I’ve officially evolved from Heaven & Earth → Pokka → Ayataka because I can’t handle super sweet green tea anymore). For lunch, I head out early to beat the crowd and choose something soupy since my throat isn’t the best—fish soup with fish slices, plus kopi c kosong ice, and I grab fruits (papaya + pineapple) for tea-time snacks. I also share my current supplement routine (fish oil + probiotic, and sometimes a women’s multivitamin / kidney cleanse), then end the day prepping to meet my parents for dinner. Main takeaway: staying home keeps me from snacking, saves money, and somehow makes my diet way more balanced than when I’m in office.
