Week three of Vlogmas and I was up bright and early (like… 7:47am) because I had a Sephora event at ION at 9am on a rainy Saturday. Honestly, it was such a bummer weather-wise, but I was still excited because I finally got to see and swatch things in person—especially the Makeup Forever palette I’ve been eyeing for awhile. I also shared what foundations I’m currently rotating for my “realistic corporate day” makeup: my lightweight Japanese Luna Luna for that clean look, and my Estée Lauder Futurist Aqua Brilliance when I want more coverage. After shopping, we did a super impromptu haul (literally wherever we could find seats) because I didn’t want to wait until I got home. We spent about $300 (spent a bomb, not gonna lie), got a cute door gift bag, and I picked up the Makeup Forever palette, stocked up my Glow Recipe for that glowy makeup finish, and grabbed a few Christmas gifts for friends. The day continued with coffee, rain plans changing (mall > getting soaked), and a quick year-end sale try-on where I found a couple of really soft pieces—one was even 50% off. Very realistic Singapore weekend vibes: early town, shopping, food, and hiding from the rain.
