Reporting live from the Singapore F1 Grand Prix itself — I brought you along for my whole race day experience, from the “I’m melting” heat to the insane crowd vibes and everything in between. I bought my tickets early (literally last year right after they released), because I really wanted the final race day, and I also wanted to show what it’s like doing F1 as a full-day event in Singapore. This year we got seated tickets, and honestly it’s nice to have a proper seat for the race, but walk-around can feel more fun because you’re constantly exploring. I also unboxed and tested my new DJI Osmo Nano during F1 because I wanted a compact camera that I can bring to a sports/event setting. It’s super tiny, the magnet is really strong, and the quality surprised me — plus it’s so small that people don’t really notice you’re filming. I tried it with different mounts (neck mount, cap clip), walked around for food and drinks (yes, I even considered Jollibee), caught the performances (Lewis Capaldi and then Elton John), and of course ended the night celebrating the race result. If you’re thinking of going next year: buy your tickets early, because that’s how I got a better price.
