About This Video

Good morning everybody — I’m currently in Melbourne, Australia, and this vlog is basically me trying to survive winter nature (it was like 10°C, I was dying) while staying in the prettiest glasshouse ever. We booked this off-grid eco accommodation called Sky Pod / Skyport on the outskirts of Melbourne, and the best part is you’re literally surrounded by trees and ocean views. We woke up to sunrise, cooked our own breakfast (eggs, cheese on toast, tomato, yogurt), and I was so excited because there’s a koala sanctuary nearby and kangaroos actually hop around the area — we even saw them right at our door. Then we went out for a full Great Ocean Road day: Gibson Steps, the 12 Apostles lookout, plus other stops like Thunder Cave. It’s super peaceful and calming — honestly, you will never get this in Singapore. I also shared a mini tour of the glasshouse (all glass panels, projector, well-equipped kitchen), plus a supermarket haul and what we cooked for dinner. My takeaway: it’s pricey and you must buy food, cook, clean, wash everything yourself, but if you want a chill, nature-first holiday with insane views, it’s really worth experiencing at least once.
