About This Video

I’ve got a quick, budget-friendly tip to clean up your PC build: for around 20 bucks you can grab a full set of sleeved power supply extension cables. When I first got into PC building, I thought extensions were just an optional “looks only” accessory, but honestly they can make a build look way more high-end and a whole lot cleaner for not much money compared to the rest of your parts. In this video I’m using EZDIY-FAB extensions, and for the price you get the main cables you actually need—motherboard, CPU power, and GPU—plus a bunch of cable combs to straighten everything out. The set I used is 30cm, which I’ve found to be the sweet spot even in a pretty big case, and most sellers offer other lengths if your case needs it. My build still isn’t perfect, but trust me, it looked way worse before the extensions. One big reminder: don’t just buy the cheapest set—read reviews and make sure the cable quality is good enough to safely deliver power to your components.
