Will I Be Able To Get Out Of This Campground?! Draftys Campground | Van Life Australia

As I was driving into this campground I got very nervous about beging able to get out of it! Draftys Campground in the South West region of Australia and sits on the Warren River, the camp sites are on the smaller side and a bit close together but roomy enough for van life and tent set ups. This campground location is not suitable for caravans. There was cell reception but I only had one bar and had no reception at all when walking the river. Because it had been raining on and off, the ground was a bit muddy and made the entry and exit to the camp site a bit hairy. Gypsy did slide a little so I used low gear on the decent and got up some speed to take on the hills. My van is not a 4WD and the campground is 2WD accessible, but I would be cautious about doing this in a 2WD especially during the winter months. It was a really beautiful location though on the river, if you are looking for somewhere to fish and kayak I would recommend it.
