Cooking With Christie! More Van Life Meals For Eating Healthy On The Road

It's time for another cooking with Christie video! I am having so much fun experimenting with more van life meals, its really important for me to eat healthy on the road. This time we are going to use the rice cooker and the George Foreman grill, one at a time though as I can only draw 1000w from my inverter at one time. We start by peeling and cooking the potatoes in the rice cooker, whilst they are cooking we then make some smashed avocado with lime juice. Once the potatoes are cooked through, we take them off the boil and put to the side. Then we get the salmon started cooking on the grill. Whilst the salmon is cooking we then mash the potatoes and add some butter and salt to taste. Then once the salmon is cooked through we plate it all up for eating!
