About This Video

In this video I break down why I finally switched back to Mac again, and it really comes down to one thing: I was tired of “break fixing” in the middle of my creative process. I’ve been on both sides. My first Mac was a 2008 Mac Mini, and back then I was literally running Windows on it just to use FL Studio. Fast forward to now—I’ve got a fully legit, powerful PC (Ryzen 7, 64GB RAM, modern GPU, all M.2 drives) and I was still dealing with random crashes, plugins acting weird, audio interface issues, USB bus problems, buzzing, and those mysterious buffer underruns that show up out of nowhere. So I made the investment and went Mac Studio (M4 Max era talk), and for my music production + video editing workflow it’s been night and day. It’s quiet, it boots fast, and everything runs more consistently—Premiere, OBS, Photoshop, Studio One, FL Studio, and even MPC 3 software has been behaving way better for me. I also talk about the Thunderbolt move (Apollo Twin X) and why the low latency feels so fast that I can track with plugins in real time without stressing it. Bottom line: I wanted a professional workstation I can count on, not a system where I’m constantly memorizing workarounds.
