Building a platform as a service (paas) has been a dream of mine for as long as I remember. Unfortunately not everything always goes to plan. About This Video

I’ve got some bad news (and then some good news) about my solo startup journey. After two really successful videos about building an educational platform/PaaS for you guys, I basically went silent. The honest reason: things got too difficult. I didn’t have enough time to code, which meant I didn’t have enough progress to share, and I fell into this loop of backtracking, feeling guilty, and thinking people would hate me for promising content I couldn’t deliver. But that silence is also a real startup lesson. A lot of ideas die right there—when it gets hard, when time disappears, when momentum breaks. I’m back now after a big career change and a bunch of positive life stuff, and I want to continue the series because we don’t give up on this channel. The two big takeaways: first, I didn’t plan this project as well as I thought. I’m going to focus more on mockups, use cases, and—most importantly—the value first, then implementation, then design/experience. Second, I’m learning to embrace the “bad stage,” take feedback from it, and push it forward instead of letting it convince me to quit. That’s startup life, and that’s what we’re doing next.
