In the video, I show a small “developer trick” using LinkedIn’s own URL parameters. Even if you filter by “past 24 hours,” you’ll still see roles with huge applicant counts. The key is the URL parameter that represents the time window in seconds (24 hours = 86,400 seconds). I change that value to something like 720 seconds (2 hours), reload the results, and suddenly you’re looking at jobs posted minutes ago—often with 0–2 applicants.
