I was asked how to grow long hair and I had no answer at the time since I had issues of my own with my hair. Hair growth tips start with food and manipulation to the hair and scalp. Food that has minimal processed oils and elements and more nutrient dense foods helps the health of the body and hair. The products made for curly hair all depend on the porosity of the hair to bring the true curls on display and maintain its structure. Massages to the scalp and meditation to the body helps keep the body healthy and out of stress. Red lasers are superior to LED lights for stimulation to the scalp. As always to keep the healthy growing hair, it would require to cut the split ends that can and will break unless cut off.
