My hair and skin has been on the fritz due to wanting to be minimal but also knowing that it needs more attention and it’s all my fault. I need to be consistent with good food for the body and to be consistent but minimal with hair and skin to sustain hydrated, healthy in general. It has been a struggle for me due to personal reasons and I’m slowly moving like a snail.
