I also share little updates like ear pain (tests were clear), using a product twice a day plus TMJ exercises, and why I don’t put droppers directly on my face—I put it on my finger first. You’ll see lifestyle moments sprinkled in too: rain and hail in Arizona, a pomegranate obsession (I’m not doing a quick snack—I’ll sit there forever), food stops, Ross/Asian store finds, and movie screenings (including Wicked for Good and Five Nights at Freddy’s 2). I also show small body/skin updates—dry hands, scratched areas that darken, and even a pimple pop that turned into a red scar. The biggest takeaway I’m ending 2025 with? I really want my new resolution to be: don’t rush through life—pause and enjoy it. Embrace joy.
