If you’ve ever wondered how hard it really is to start 3D printing, this shows it honestly—no hype, no tech-wizard editing to hide the beginner mistakes. I print a few archery tools and some extra bits just to see how far a complete beginner can push the Centauri Carbon. Spoiler: it’s a lot easier than everyone makes it sound. What’s covered: First-time setup and printing with the Centauri Carbon Printing archery tools straight from day one How clean the prints are with default settings What surprised me (good and bad) The learning curve for someone who has never touched a 3D printer before If you’re thinking about grabbing the Elegoo Centauri Carbon as your entry into 3D printing, this will give you the real picture, not the Instagram version. 👉 If you enjoyed this video, don't forget to: 👍 Like the video to support the channel 💬 Leave a comment with your tips or experiences 🔔 Subscribe and turn on notifications to never miss an update Let’s grow together as better archers! 🏹 👉 Follow us on social media for updates: If you're an archer looking to take your shooting game to the next level, this review is for you! 🏹 Don’t forget to like, share, and follow for more archery gear reviews, tips, and shooting techniques! About This Video

In this video I finally jump into 3D printing for the first time, and I’m doing it in proper Brook Valley fashion: the weather in New Zealand turned awful, I only got about 10 arrows through the recurve after redoing my grip (spoiler: brilliant), and then I retreated to the workshop to see what I could actually make that helps my archery. It’s only my second day owning the Elegoo Centauri Carbon, so this is a genuine beginner run—no tech-wizard editing, just me figuring it out and seeing what’s possible. I printed three practical bits straight away. First up were wall-mounted limb brackets so I can finally get my recurve limbs organised and out of the way (I’ve got another four or five sets to hang up). Next was a tiny peep rotation tool for my compound—basically a small plastic piece that sits in the string and lets you twist the peep into line. People sell things like that for silly money, so printing a few (because they’re easy to lose) just made sense. Lastly, I printed an aftermarket-style grip (for a Wiawis Unison) to test whether this “budget friendly” printer could handle something more demanding—and honestly, it came out feeling very, very good. Overall, the Centauri Carbon surprised me with how clean and capable it is for the price, and it’s opened the door to more archery workshop prints like arrow holders, fletching jig parts, stabiliser racks, and alignment blocks.
