Weber Jumbo Joe! Chicken Legs with Malcom’s Jammin’ Jerk Seasoning!

Bell and Evans chicken leg quarters on the Jumbo Joe. Indirect the entire time using SNS Grills charcoal basket. How To BBQ Right Seasoning! So Good! • Started with 2 nice chicken leg quarters from Bell and Evans. • Seasoned with Malcom Reed’s Jammin” Jerk seasoning. • Set up the Jumbo Joe to cook with the SnS Charcoal basket. Used a ¾ of a chimney and left the vents wide open. • Put the legs on the grill on the indirect side skin up until they reached about 120 degrees. • Flipped them to skin side down until they were almost done. • Flipped them back to skin side up and checked temps and they were good to go! • Removed them from the grill and covered until we were set up for the ending. Summary: The leg quarters turned out great and had some crispy skin. How to BBQ right makes some great seasonings and the Jammin’ Jerk was really nice. I would make these exactly the same way again.
