Crowd Cow! Steak Adventure!

Check out our first experience with Crowd Cow! Amazing A5 Wagyu! One of the best ribeyes we ever had! Sirloin from Montana! SNS MasterKettle cooked them all! CJ #299 Crowd Cow SNS Master Kettle 04/16/26 • Started with the Crowd Cow Steak Adventure. Which consists of 2 8oz Top Sirloins from Little Belt Cattle Co. A 16oz Ribeye from Frigorifico Pando Farms and a 4oz Wagyu Petite Striploin from Kagoshima Farms. • Seasoned 24 hours in advance with Celtic Sea Salt. • Set the grill up for indirect cooking to warm up the Ribeye and Sirloins. • Put the Ribeye on first for about 10 minutes and then added the sirloins. When everything got to around 80F, we flipped them for even cooking. Pulled everything around 110F. • Got the grill set up for some very hot searing. We did have the cast iron pan warming on another grill. • Once super hot we started searing the ribeye and sirloins. Did about 2 minutes per side on each. They finished around 125F. • Got the cast iron pan nice and hot and started the A5 Wagyu Striploin. Only did 20 to 30 second a side 2 times each. Did not check temps since it was very thin. Summary: This was one of the most fun cooks we have done. Getting the Steak Adventure is a great way to try out Crowd Cow. The A5 was amazing and honestly the ribeye was one of the best I have ever had!
