The Cook: • We used 2 beautiful Wagyu tomahawks from Hassell Cattle Company. • Seasoned with kosher salt 24 hours in advance. • Set the grill up for indirect cooking with the grill temp at 250F. • Inserted the probes as shown. • Put the steaks on and when we got to 80F we flipped them for even cooking and at 115F we pulled them off while we got the grill hot for searing. • Let the grill get super hot! • Seared on each side for 1 minute per side two times each. • Let them rest and enjoyed a great dinner! Summary: MeatStick V Duo worked great and with wifi was outstanding. Since we almost always cook 2 pieces of meat, the MeatStick V Duo will come in handy! Plus searing and watching your temps as the carry over for the perfect steaks! Great product!
